Observations for the meeting :
All team members were present.
The team discussed on the idea and refining the idea. The team decided to change the plot for a better storyline. The team came up with the prop list for eveyone to keep track of the things needed for the production. We managed to come up with a draft beat sheet during this meeting to help the team understand the whole story more effectively. The beat sheet has since been edited and vetted by the rest of the team at a later stage.
The team has finalised that Hannah, Nana & Claris would be in charge of the character/costume design. As for character bible, it was decided that Hannah & Claris did the task. The team came up with a checklist to help us keep track of the progress that has been made. The team had decided on the delegation of the tasks to each member - Alif(director), Mira(assistant director).
The team had managed to accomplish quite a fair bit of tasks on this meeting. Impressed with the team's achievement and commitment as a whole. However, individual commitments can be further improved.
