Observations for the meeting:
All team members were present - except for Claris, absent with apologies.
The team was briefed on the expectations and requirements for FYP. The team has finalised on the the main casts. There is only one character that has yet to be casted. Budget was also discussed but it still needs some amendments. The team also did a review of what has been completed and what needs to be amended or improved on. We did a brief discussion on the research of film noir. The team talked about the challenges faced during the process of pre-production. The team also discussed on the target audience. We analysed and listed out the possible age groups for our project. Eventually, the team had come to an agreement and we have both primary and secondary target audience. The team also discussed on the equipment needed and the forms of new media platforms for the project. The team has also decided to do market testibility after the editing process - surveys. Overall, I think the team is quite ready to begin the shoot provided that we can finalise all the casts by the stipulated date. The progress of the team should be applauded as we are on the right track thus far.
